Bayside reports a decent showing of big stripers before the wind came howling! Dave Martin snagged a 24-pound striper on the snag and drop 2 miles off the Brigantine Beach. There was also a lot of action out in front of Revel (Now "10" I guess) on the troll with Mojos.

Gregg Goff and Gregg Jr. were trolling Wreck Inlet and Gregg Jr. hooked up with his personal best, a hefty 39-pounder. Nice.

Eric was a mate on Babu Charter Saturday and just slayed the stripers, keeping six with two at 35 pounds. Captain Chris on the Reaper headed north to the red tower and got into some fish, releasing all but five and a big blue. If it's too snotty to go out front they are still plucking them out back. Guy Wilkins weighed in a 31-pound beauty drifting with eels in the Intracoastal Waterway.

Brian Maugor took a slamming lead in Tog Mania (boat division) with a 7.99-pound catch. It's only $10 to enter either boat or land and runs until Dec. 23.

This weekend is shaping up to be a nice one, and hopefully a repeat of last weekend if not better. I'm fully stocked with fresh clams and bunker. And of course green crabs and eels. This is going to be some of the best fishing yet. Have a great week!
