The Cove in Brigantine will host the second indoor Art Walk event of the year 2-6 p.m. Sunday, April 30.

Twenty artists, both regulars and first-timers, will present original paintings, photography, jewelry and more. For the performance-inclined, there will be an open mic for musicians, poets and more. 

Participating artists and vendors include Dream Trader Jewelry, Aphrodite’s Treasure, Janet Bodoff, Kim Walk, Seasons Jewelry, Via of Anatolia, Ali Brennan, The Painted Trove, Jill DeFelice Art, Joanne Zappas, Julian Miller, C & K Pyatt Photography Art, Kathy Anne English, Sandra McDonough, Tania Pomales Art, Jane Ann Hart, Photography by Kelly, Artsy Craftsy Girl and Recreations.

In the Art Walk’s continued commitment to supporting the local community, Hand Up Brigantine will receive donations collected from artists and patrons.

In addition to the regular menu selections, The Cove will offer food and drink specials.

The Brigantine Art Walk is an art-focused community event dedicated to supporting local charities. The purpose of the Art Walk is to showcase talented local artists and their work.

The second season of the Art Walk kicks off Saturday, May 27, at Hanemen Park. It runs every Saturday evening from 5-8 p.m. through Sept. 2, rain or shine.

Each week, a local charity will be selected and a voluntary donation by the artists of a percentage of their sales will be donated to that charity.
