CAPE MAY – Two free holiday concerts are scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 10 and Wednesday, Dec. 14 at Cape May Convention Hall.

The Cumberland County College Jazz Band and Wind Ensemble will perform a concert filled with yuletide favorites at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10. Their “Christmas in Cape May” concert features classic and contemporary holiday arrangements performed by regional community instrumentalists and vocalists. Hot chocolate, holiday cookies and fudge will be served at the concert.

The Angelus Chorus will perform a free holiday concert with a selection of traditional and secular music at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 14. The chorus is comprised of 60 voices. It is directed by Richard Stanislaw of Ocean City and accompanied by Ruth Fritsch, organist at the Cape Island Baptist Church.

The annual Nick Federoff Community Christmas Celebration is also planned for Convention Hall. The holiday fun will start at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 11. There will be children’s games and crafts, face painting, holiday refreshments, and pictures with Santa.
