LOWER TOWNSHIP — A 26-year-old township man is facing multiple charges after police say he tried to conceal drugs following his arrest earlier this month.
Brendon Glinecke, of the North Cape May section of the township, was stopped by police May 4 while driving in the Villas, police said. Officers arrested Glinecke after finding drugs in his possession, according to police.
Glinecke then failed to comply with officers' commands and tried to conceal the drugs, according to a release.
He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice, police said.
After being processed at police headquarters, Glinecke was taken to Cape Regional Medical Center due to his erratic behavior, the release said. He was later transferred to Cape May County jail pending court proceedings, police said.
