The Lower Township Parks and Recreation Department will hold its annual Ferry Merry Christmas party noon-3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17 at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry terminal in North Cape May.

The party will feature winter carnival games, arts and crafts, balloon art and a chance for children to visit with Santa Claus and share their Christmas wish list.

“We hope to see a lot of families come out and enjoy themselves and the Christmas season,” said Mitchell Plenn, superintendent of Parks and Recreation.

Magic Moments will perform nmagic shows filled with mirth and mystery in the Sunset Lounge, according to organizers. Three craft stations will be open in the gallery for kids to create a decorated Christmas bird feeder, build their own snow angel and decorate a Christmas cookie.

Face Painting by Lynn will have two artists painting faces with Christmas designs, and costumed characters including Chris Mouse, Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph will be mingling with guests throughout the terminal.
