LOWER TOWNSHIP — The Lower Township Rotary Club's annual Christmas parade is set to step off 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9 with a host of floats, bands, community groups and brightly decorated fire trucks, according to a press release.
The procession starts at Bayshore and Breakwater roads and then heads south on Bayshore to the ending point at Rosehill Parkway.
This year the Rotary Club is celebrating 37 years of parading down Bayshore Road.
All are welcome to join in the parade or to take up a spot along the sidelines to watch. Participation is open to families, individuals, community organizations, churches, bands, businesses and other groups. There is no fee to sign up to be in the parade.
