RSPS, ABR of Cape May Realty in Cape May has been awarded the Accredited Buyer
representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council Inc. (REBAC)
of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Anderson currently serves as a
director on the 2008 Cape May County Association of Realtors (CMCAR) and
chairperson for CMCAR Community Service Committee. She is also the 2008
vice-chair for the New Jersey Association of REALTORS Cultural Diversity/Equal
Opportunity committee… South Jersey Air, based at the Cape May County Airport in
Erma, welcomes Barry Mastrangelo to their flight instructor staff. Barry will be
available to assist the aviation community with training for applicants
interested in earning a private pilot certificate, as well as advanced training
to pilots looking to acquire a commercial certificate. Barry also will assist
pilots who wish to participate in the FAA Wings Pilot Proficiency Program…

member of the national RE/MAX Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Miracle Home
Program. Under this program, he will donate a specific dollar amount to CMN for
each sales transaction he completes, and he will display the colorful “Miracle
Homes” rider on top of his RE/MAX yard signs… Michael Boriss, D.O., president of
the medical staff at Cape Regional Medical Center and partner at Regional Heart
and Lung Associates of Cape May Court House has achieved board certification in
the specialty of nuclear cardiology… Phillip Mitchell of RE/MAX of Wildwoods was
recently awarded Number One RE/MAX Associate in Units sold in 2007 as well all
the prestigious Platinum Club Award. Mitchell specializes in the listing and
sale of residential and vacation homes in North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest,
Wildwood, and Cape May. He won the Platinum Club Award for the first time this
year, and was the recipient of the 100% Club Award in 2005 and 2006. He has been
with RE/MAX of New Jersey since 2004. Mitchell sold the most units of all 3,600
RE/MAX Associates in New Jersey… Four new physicians recently joined the medical
staff at Shore Memorial Hospital. Craig Frankil, D.O., has joined Shore Memorial
with privileges in cardiology. Jenifer Glatz, M.D., who was granted privileges
in pediatrics with a sub-specialization in pediatric cardiology, received her
medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Ill., in 2001.
Matthew K. Perez, M.D., Ph.D., who was granted privileges in ophthalmology,
received his doctorate of pharmacology from the University of Pennsylvania in
Philadelphia in 1999 and his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University
Medical College in Philadelphia in 2003. Thomas H. D. Tran, M.D. has joined with
privileges in diagnostic imaging… Gloria J. Votta of RE/MAX of Ocean City was
recently awarded membership in RE/MAX of New Jersey’s 100% Club… Jackie
Spaulding has been named Cape Regional Medical Center’s Special Touch Volunteer
of the Month for March. Jackie has been a volunteer since April 2007 and has
accumulated over 218 hours of service in her emergency room volunteer
assignment. A resident of Whitesboro, Jackie’s former career experience includes
working with seniors. Jackie received numerous nominations by staff members who
applauded her cheerful disposition, natural sense of compassion and significant

announce that Jennifer Welsh, RN, labor and delivery, is the Service Excellence
of the Month Recipient for March. Jennifer was nominated by her peers because

Howard, a staff pharmacist in the hospital’s pharmacy, started her career in the
Shore Memorial pharmacy in 2002. As a pharmacist, she is responsible for
profiling patients’ medications, ensuring that patients receive their
medications in a timely manner, monitoring patients receiving drug therapy and
medication dosing… One of the region’s oldest banking institutions is adding a
new commercial lending team to service the southern New Jersey business
community. Fox Chase Bank and its holding company, Fox Chase Bancorp Inc.
welcomes three experienced commercial banking professionals who will be based
out of the bank’s Ocean City branch, 921 West Ave. These professionals will join
