Coldwell Banker Casa Bella joins forces with Cartus

LINWOOD – Coldwell Banker Casa Bella Realtors headquartered here and Cartus, based in Danbury, Conn., have entered into an agreement giving the realtor the status of associate broker in the Cartus broker network. The network is the nation’s leading real estate referral network, consisting of more than 375 principal and 600 associate brokers that serve clients and customers of Cartus.
Under the agreement, Coldwell Banker Casa Bella Realtors will have the opportunity to manage Cartus properties within the Coldwell Banker market areas.
“We are excited to have this relationship with Cartus,” said Anthony D’Alicandro, owner of Coldwell Banker Casa Bella Realtors.
“As a leader in the mobility industry, the expertise and know-how they can offer to use as an associate broker will allow us to even better serve our clients in this fast-growing Atlantic County community,” he said.
