Cape May real estate firms announce merger
CAPE MAY -- Christina P. Clemans, Broker-Owner of Chris Clemans &
Co., Inc., Realtors, 1159 Washington Street, Cape May, is pleased to
announce the merger of E.M. Hanscomb Realty with her company.
Eleanor Hanscomb opened her first Real Estate Office on West Perry
Street in 1969.
The office moved to its present Madison Avenue location in 1971,
where her license
remains active to this day. Ballard and Cherie Hanscomb, both
licensed Real Estate
Brokers, joined the firm in 1978.
Ballard Hanscomb, known to many as “Rock,” is now ready for a
change. He is excited
about working with Chris Clemans & Co., and he and Chris are
confident that his
real estate experience will be an asset to the office. The
professionalism of the agents
and staff at the Chris Clemans office were key in his decision in
making this move.
The agents and staff are all looking forward to working with the
