Joe, Ann, Angelina and Carina Granata of Egg Harbor Township spent spring break in the magical country of Ireland, full of beautiful scenery and history. They visited the Rock of Cashel, where St. Patrick was baptized, and Leap Castle, above, which is said to be one of the most haunted castles in all of Europe. It has been featured on the show "Ghost Hunters" and "Scariest Places on Earth." Owner Sean Ryan gave them a private tour of the castle, and they heard the castle’s history of murder and death. Legend has it that there is an Irish “elemental” that is half-man, half-beast that haunts the castle. Another legend is that of the "Bloody Chapel," where a priest murdered his brother at the altar.
