An island of life in the Great Salt Lake Charley and Kay Myers of Ventnor brought The Current with them to Antelope Island State Park in the Great Salt Lake while visiting family in Utah. Because the lake is about three to five times saltier than the ocean, it has no fish, but the island is home to many animals, including antelope, bison, coyotes, deer and elk. |

Marxes mark national parks Bob and Theresa Marx of Somers Point, along with their daughter Cindy, grandchildren Justin and Julie, and friend Pattie Baird, traveled cross-country to explore the beauty of U.S. national parks. Their many stops included Mammoth Cave, the Petrified Forest, Bryce Canyon, Zion Park, Yellowstone, Mount Rushmore and Arches National Park in Utah, where they took a moment to pose with The Current. |
