Police blotter information is supplied by local police departments and other law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

Alexis M. Nagel, 23, of Hatboro Pa., was arrested March 27 by Officer Joseph Kuchmek and charged with driving while intoxicated and careless driving. She was released on a summons.

Vincent M. Arezzi, 52, of Margate was arrested March 29 by Acting Sgt. Stephen Swift and charged with simple assault. Judge John Rosenberger authorized him to be released on his own recognizance. 

Michael A. Tarsitano, 57, of Margate was arrested March 31 by Officer Laurence Dickerson and Officer Shane Conesky and charged with simple assault. Judge John Rosenberger authorized him to be released on his own recognizance. 

Barbara J. Sulprizio, 47, of Seaville was arrested March 31 by Officer Laurence Dickerson and Officer Shane Conesky and charged with simple assault. Judge John Rosenberger authorized her to be released on her own recognizance. 

James Magazzu, 34, of Ventnor was arrested April 3 by Special Officer Perry Coker and charged with two counts of shoplifting. He was released on a summons. 

Michael A. Fantazzia, 48, of Margate was arrested April 8 by Officer Laurence Dickerson and Officer Shane Conesky and charged with an outstanding NCIC warrant. Fantazzia was turned over to the Gerard L. Gormley Justice Facility. 

Alexander A. Weisman, 28, of Margate was arrested April 18 by Officer Jessica Fane and Officer Jennifer Queeney and charged with driving while intoxicated, disregard of a traffic signal and driving without headlights when required. He was released on a summons. 

Albert John DelGiudice, 53, of Margate was arrested April 18 by Sgt. Thomas Kresz, Detective Joe Scullion and Officer Jeanette Arcuri and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon, criminal sexual contact, criminal mischief, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Judge Howard Freed affixed bail at $100,000 full cash for all charges. DelGiudice was turned over to the Gerard L. Gormley Justice Facility. 

Deborah A. Regan, 60, of Margate was arrested April 19 by Officer Amy Maclean and Officer Hope McIntyre and charged with shoplifting and on an outstanding warrant. Regan was turned over to the Gerard L. Gormley Justice Facility on the warrant. 

Ronell Ruiz, 36, of Mays Landing was arrested April 20 by Officer Francis Marciante and charged with two counts of shoplifting, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon by a convicted criminal, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Judge John Rosenberger affixed bail at $2,500 full cash for all charges. Ruiz was turned over to the Gerard L. Gormley Justice Facility in Mays Landing. 

Kiemanee H. McNeal, 21, of Atlantic City was arrested April 26 by Officer Shane Conesky and charged with simple assault and on an outstanding warrant. McNeal was turned over to the Gerard L. Gormley Justice Facility in Mays Landing on the warrant. 

There was one warrant arrest.
