From Oct. 22-Dec. 31 Longport police responded to 22 calls for service, 13 parking complaints and 73 alarm calls, conducted 450 motor vehicle stops, issued 97 summonses and made six arrests, three on charges of driving while intoxicated. There were eight warrant arrests.
Alexander A. Denafo, 19, of Ventnor was arrested Nov. 12 by Ptl. Ray Burgan and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle.
Anastasia D. Macias, 18, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Nov. 27 by Ptl. Nicholas Rettino and charged with driving while intoxicated under age 21, maintenance of lamps, having an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle.
Kelly A. Mulrenan, 30, of Ventnor was arrested Dec. 12 by Ptl. Nicholas Rettino and charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain lane, refusal to submit to breath testing and failure to exhibit valid insurance documents.
Christopher P. Corazza, 21, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Dec, 13 by Ptl. Christopher Ricciotti and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, careless driving, failure to exhibit insurance documents and possession of controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Edward L. Stackhouse IV, 23, of Absecon was arrested Dec. 18 by Ptl. Ray Burgan and charged with possession of marijuana, failure to maintain lane and possession of controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Amber M. Mathews, 35, of Somers Point was arrested Dec. 26 by Ptl. Nicholas Rettino and charged with violation of a court order.
