Larry L. Spangler Jr., 25, of Ventnor was arrested April 27 by Officer Thomas Dralle and Officer Joseph Kuchmek and charged with shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe. He was released on a summons.

Alan D. Rosen, 47, was arrested May 1 by Officer Amy Maclean and Officer Jessica Fane and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a summons.

Bradley A. Accardi, 21, of Ventnor was arrested May 7 by Officer Laurence Dickerson and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon (a knife), unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Judge John Rosenberger authorized him to be released on his own recognizance.

Alan D. Rosen, 47, of Margate was arrested May 11 by Officer Shane Conesky and charged with violation of a restraining order. Judge John Rosenberger set bail at $1,000 full and he was taken to the Gerard L. Gormley Justice Facility.

Mario Rinaldi, 27, of Ventnor was arrested May 17 by Officer Thomas Dralle and Acting Sgt. Stephen Swift and charged with driving while intoxicated and careless driving. He was released on a summons.

John Madkiff  IV, 32, of Atlantic City was arrested May 19 by Officer Shane Conesky on an active NCIC warrant. He was released after posting the required bail amount.

John M. Grosso, 18, of Newtown, Pa., was arrested May 23 by Officer Amy Maclean and charged with obstructing the administration of law. He was released on a summons.

Samuel H. Feldman, 19, of Radnor, Pa., was arrested May 23 by Officer James Costa and charged with lewdness. He was released on a summons.

Kieran P. Burns, 18, of Wynnewood, Pa., was arrested May 23 by Detective Christopher Taroncher and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.

A 17-year-old male from Narberth, Pa., was arrested May 23 by Detective Christopher Taroncher and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol by a person under the legal age. He was released to the custody of a parent.

Andrew L. Katz, 21, of Richboro, Pa., was arrested May 24 by Sgt. Stephen Swift and Special Officer Perry Coker and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a summons.
