Community FoodBank of New Jersey 

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP – Cathy McCann will retire March 31 as chief operating officer of the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.

She will be succeeded by Tonya Walley, vice president of logistics.

According to a press release, McCann spent nearly 33 years serving New Jerseyans in need.

Chairman of the Board Josh Weinreich thanked McCann on behalf of the board for her "commitment to fighting hunger since Day One" and said she has impacted how the FoodBank addresses hunger and increased the efficiency and productivity of its warehouses.

"She has created a gold standard mirrored by food banks across the country, he said.
