EHT man charged with drug offenses after police find heroin, cocaine, Xanax in hotel room

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP — A 33-year-old Egg Harbor Township man was charged with drug offenses after police allegedly found two bundles of heroin, cocaine and Xanax inside a Ramada Limited hotel room on Friday, July 14.

Nathaniel Parks of Egg Harbor Township was arrested around 2 p.m. and charged with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of prescription medication without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police said the charges after Egg Harbor Township Police Officer Paul Janetta responded to the hotel, located on the Black Horse Pike in the West Atlantic City section of the township, to serve a warrant on a suspect wanted by the Pleasantville Police Department and allegedly found the drugs.

The drug-related charges were filed in Egg Harbor Township before Parks was turned over to the Pleasantville Police Department for their previously issued warrant.
