EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP — Two men were arrested in connection with a series of home burglaries committed Nov. 17 and 18, police said Thursday.

John M. Totoro, 55, of Galloway Township and Jason J. Sage, 31, of Egg Harbor Township were arrested after an investigation into three home burglaries committed in the McKee City section of the township over the two-day period.

Police said approximately $11,500 worth of jewelry, watches, a cellphone and 9 mm handgun were reported stolen and have yet to be recovered.

Both men were charged with three counts of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary, theft, criminal mischief and theft of a handgun.

Totoro was also charged with possession of heroin. 

Both men are being held in the Atlantic County jail.
