MAYS LANDING – The American Vegan Society will host vegan dinners 6:30 p.m. Sunday and Monday, March 27 and 28 at Careme’s Restaurant at the Atlantic Cape Community College Academy of Culinary Arts.

Academy of Culinary Arts students, under the instruction of chef educators Joseph Sheridan and Linda Wohlman, will prepare and present the meal. The six-course menu features green curry soup, baby beet and frisee salad, vegetable dumplings, mushroom risotto and coconut-lime cake.

The cost is $26 for students and low-income guests and $36 for others.
