Galloway Township Middle School celebrated Black History Month Thursday with a visit from the African American Heritage Museum of South Jersey.

The event was sponsored by the Student Council. More than 800 students were able to experience history through 18 exhibits presented by students under the guidance of museum founder Ralph Hunter and Kevin Krumaker, Middle School Student Council adviser.
