Stockton University Radio, 91.7 WLFR, held their 33rd anniversary concert on Oct. 26 at Stockton's Lakeside Lodge.

The show featured local groups Alula, of Sweetwater; Noise Museum, of Absecon; Burning in the Undertow, of Northfield; and Mountain Waves, of Ventnor.

Between sets WLFR DJs John Guttschall, George Lind aka G-Force, Vanessa Spollen and Tim Nugent spun records and kept the music going.

One hundred percent of the proceeds of the show are being donated to Americares, a charity organization that provides relief assistance, to benefit those affected by hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.

The event was organized by Stockton sophomore Sarah Holt.

WLFR is the area's only independent radio station and can heard at 91.7FM or online at www.wlfr.fm.
