New Year's Eve Bingo

St. Gianna Beretta Molla (Church of St. Bernadette) will hold a special New Year's Eve bingo Sunday, Dec. 31. Doors will open at 8 p.m., and games will begin at 9:30 p.m. There will be door prizes, free giveaways, a balloon drop at midnight, beverages and snacks. A $20 package includes $4 admission, two books of paper specials, two 50/50 tickets for games 1 and 2 and two jackpot game papers and a free dabber. OLOS Flea Market

AMVETS Post 911 in Somers Point is requesting used DVDs to send to troops in Iraq, Afghanistan and other areas. Linwood Historical Society Museum hours

The Linwood Historical Society has announced new hours for its Leedsville School Museum and Maritime Museum. Leedsville School Museum, 16 Poplar Ave. will be open 10 a.m.-1 p.m. every Tuesday. Donations wanted for Veterans Park

Plans are moving along for Veterans Park on Oak Avenue in Northfield and donations are being accepted. Commemorative bricks can be purchased for $50; a bench with a dedication plaque is $1,000. Linwood Arboretum

Visiting and enjoying the Linwood Arboretum is free, but memberships are available at $25 for individual, $30 for family and $5 for children under 12. The arboretum is also looking for support in terms of help with filing and with seasonal work like weeding and pruning.
