Middle Township Police Department

The Middle Township Police Department made the following arrests Oct. 2-20. This report contains only individuals who were arrested based on complaints signed by law-enforcement personnel, not complaints signed by private citizens. Those charged are presumed innocent.

Lawrence J. Gallo, 34, of North Wildwood was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with assault by auto or vessel.

Eliel Garcia-Reyes, 29, of Wildwood Crest was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with possession of drugs.

Gregory A. Lazicki, 37, of Whitesboro was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with criminal mischief, burglary and theft.

Addrianna M. Perez, 28, of Burleigh was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with burglary, assault and conspiracy.

Robert A. McNeill, 49, of Villas was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with possession of drugs.

Caroline J. Pritchard, 28, of North Cape May was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with possession of drugs.

David P. Tosto, 45, of North Cape May was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with possession of drugs and distribution of drugs under one-half ounce.

Michael L. Brown, 37, of Cape May Court House was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with diving while intoxicated, aggravated assault on police officer and resisting arrest.

Rodney E. Frazier, 68, of North Cape May was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arthur S. Vitola, 56, of Rio Grande was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession or distribution of hypodermic needle or syringe.

Daniel D. Pfeifer, 52, of Rio Grande was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with obstruction, disorderly conduct, and an outstanding warrant.

Dutca Adelaine, 22, of Wildwood was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with shoplifting.

Maria Ungureanu, 20, of Wildwood was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with shoplifting.

David J. Duckenfield, 35, of Cape May Court House was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Erik N. James, 45, of Cape May Court House was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with possession or distribution of hypodermic needle or syringe, and an outstanding warrant.

Laura L. Abadie, 49, of Villas was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with possession of drugs, obtaining or possessing synthetic cannabinoid, manufacturing, distributing or dispensing drugs, and an outstanding warrant.

Nicole L. Becica, 38, of Ocean View was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with endangering welfare of children and possession of drugs.

Donna Long, 57, of Wildwood Crest was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with possession of drugs, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, and obtaining or possessing synthetic cannabinoid.

Daniel K. Fazen, 28, of Woodbine was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephen J. Desalis, 28, of Cape May Court House was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession or distribution of hypodermic needle or syringe, and an outstanding warrant.

Stephanie E. Zook, 27, of Wildwood was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs five or more, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession or distribution of hypodermic needle or syringe.

Giuseppe G. Darancio, 24, of Cape May Court House was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession or distribution of hypodermic needle or syringe.

Xavier D. Primavera, 19, of North Cape May was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with receiving stolen property.

John Baum, 27, of Villas was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with shoplifting, possession or distribution of hypodermic needle or syringe, and on a warrant.

Brandon M. Bossuyt, 20, of Rio Grande was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with robbery, burglary, theft, use of a 17-year-old or younger to commit a criminal offense, and conspiracy.

Gene W. Britton, 35, of Rio Grande was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with robbery, burglary, theft, use of a 17-year-old or younger to commit a criminal offense, and conspiracy. 

James L. Harvey, 34, of Rio Grande was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with robbery, burglary, theft, use of a 17-year-old or younger to commit a criminal offense, and conspiracy.

Devon F. Onorato, 21, of Rio Grande was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with terroristic threats, robbery, burglary, theft, use of a 17-year-old or younger to commit a criminal offense, and conspiracy.

Stella M. Hickman, 62, of Villas was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Maryann T. Drosey, 54, of Cape May Court House was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Brandon D. Wilson, 19, of Paulsboro was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with criminal attempt, burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.

Luis A. Sotomayor, 25, of Bridgeton was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

Rodney E. Frazier, 68, of North Cape May was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with certain persons not to have weapons and on a warrant.

William C. Gaston, 41, of Cape May Court House was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with disorderly conduct and a warrant.

Mark W. Levenseller, 56, of Rio Grande was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with disorderly conduct and on a warrant.

Terrance L. Bennett, 50, of Woodbine was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terrence H. McNeal, 37, of Rio Grande was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with resisting arrest, possession of drugs, distribution of drugs under one-half ounce, possession of a weapon while committing a drugs crime, unlawful possession of weapons (handguns), certain persons not to have weapons, and a warrant.
