Middle Township Police Department

The Middle Township Police Department made the following arrests Oct. 23-Nov. 12. This report contains only individuals who were arrested based on complaints signed by law-enforcement personnel, not complaints signed by private citizens. Those charged are presumed innocent.

Erik N. James, 45, of Cape May Court House was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with theft.

Shevindra B. Talwatte, 29, of Villas was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with shoplifting.

Noah R. Rixey, 22, of Cape May Court House was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephen D. Meyers, 27, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with shoplifting and an outstanding warrant.

Jerry D. Winston, 23, of Millville was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with eluding an officer and driving while intoxicated.

David J. Anthony, 21, of Rio Grande was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with disorderly conduct.

David A. Bouldin, 34, of Cape May Court House was  arrested Oct. 31 and charged with obstruction.

Carollee Schick, 55, of Cape May was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with possession of drugs.

Monica M. Medero, 28, of Swainton was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated and an outstanding warrant.

Jonathan Cruz, 25, of North Cape May was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with possession of drugs, distribution of drugs under one half ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia, and an outstanding warrant.

Joseph G. Griner, 26, of Rio Grande was arrested Nov. 6 and charged with possession of drugs.

Andrew Price, 23, of Glassboro was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with lewdness.

Michael A. Axelsson, 51, of Cape May Court House was arrested Nov. 8 and charged with contempt.

Timothy M. Weidman, 31, of Rio Grande was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with resisting arrest and driving while intoxicated.

Savannah G. Ryan, 19, of Newark was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with credit card theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Brian A. Gress, 18, of Jenkintown, Pa., was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

Harold F. Verity III, 28, of Cape May Court House was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated.
