Middle Township Police Department

The Middle Township Police Department made the following arrests Sept. 11-Oct. 1. This report contains only individuals who were arrested based on complaints signed by law-enforcement personnel, not complaints signed by private citizens. Those charged are presumed innocent.

Harry Boardman, 58, of Ocean City was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with bad checks.

Alex Alexis, 51, of Rio Grande was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with defiant trespass and false reports to law enforcement.

Davon L. Lee, 19, of Whitesboro was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with obstruction.

Fabian Rodriguez, 18, of Burleigh was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with obstruction and resisting arrest.

Sept. 14

David C. Beck, Jr., 21, of Erma was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with criminal mischief and obstruction.

Harry J. Watson, 19, of Rio Grande was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with criminal mischief and obstruction. 

Raymond D. Bailey, 19, of Cape May Court House was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with aggravated assault on police officer, theft, fencing, resisting arrest, and possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

Scott Lodgek, 49, of Linwood was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with theft and official misconduct.

Robert F. Brooke, 39, of Reading, Pa., was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with shoplifting and a warrant.

Grace A. Carroll, 19, of Cape May Court House was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with burglary and theft.

Andreah N. Blackman, 28, of Rio Grande was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with shoplifting.

Steven Dunhour, 38, of Rio Grande was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with possession of drugs.

Felipe F. Nieves, 48, of Milmay was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with possession of drugs, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, and distribution of drugs under half an ounce.

Judy L. Reighn, 37, of Milmay was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with possession of drugs and distribution of drugs under one-half ounce.

Timothy M. Kakembo, 19, of Cape May Court House was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

Andreah N. Blackman, 28, of Rio Grande was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with shoplifting.

Cathleen Dobbins, 66, of Whitesboro was arrested Sept. 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Scott C. Swayngim, 50, of Rio Grande was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with disorderly conduct.

Christopher R. Small, 39, of Woodbine was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with possession of drugs, distribution of drugs under one-half ounce, and outstanding warrants.

Mika L. Wilson, 28, of Woodbine was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and an outstanding warrant.

Anttoin J. Morris, Sr., 42, of Edgewood was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with endangering welfare of children, possession of drugs, distribution of drugs under one-half ounce, and distributing drugs within 500 feet of public housing or a park.

Leroy Jones, 57, of Whitesboro was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with driving while intoxicated and a warrant.

James E. Orem, Jr., 53, of Townsend, Del., was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Vincent J. McFadden, Jr., 34, of Philadelphia was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

John P. Murtaugh, 48, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Irene E. Burke, 65, of North Cape May was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with shoplifting.

Christina M. Mulvehill, 28, of Villas was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with shoplifting.

Travis J. Werner, 22, of Rio Grande was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

James L. Roxborough, 33, of Cape May Court House was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with disorderly conduct.

Gregory A. Lazicki, 37, of Burleigh was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with simple assault, burglary, conspiracy and a warrant.

Salvatore D. Piccolo, 66, of Philadelphia Oct. 1 and charged with shoplifting.

David A. Slough, 36, of Burleigh was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with possession of drugs and a warrant.
