Kaitlyn Schoeffel had a busy day of riding in convertible cars and waving at fans, as the newly crowned Miss New Jersey paraded in three separate Fourth of July events.
Starting her day in Galloway Township, Schoeffel was in the Smithville 4th of July parade, joined by Miss New Jersey's Outstanding Teen Augostina Mallous and several veterans organizations.
Schoeffel then crossed over the Delaware River to Olde City, Philadelphia to ride in the Independence Parade.
Also celebrating in the craddle of liberty was Miss America Savvy Shields, who rode on the "Wawa Welcome America" float.
But Schoeffel's day wasn't done yet. Before heading home to Egg Harbor Township, she rode in Washington Township's July 4th parade.
Schoeffell will have more Miss New Jersey duties to perform before competing for Miss America, held in Atlantic City, in September.
