Police Blotter information is supplied by the Linwood Police Department and other law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The Linwood Police Department had 376 calls for service Oct. 25–Nov.1. Officers conducted six criminal investigations and responded to two motor vehicle accidents and three domestic violence incidents, assisted on 31 ambulance calls and two fire calls, and made 55 motor vehicle stops.

Vince Granata, 44, of Linwood was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with simple assault.

A 16-year-old male from Northfield was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

There were two warrant arrests.
