Marion Mertis, 49, of Mays Landing was arrested May 22 by Officer Theodore DeSantis and charged with simple assault.

Edward Johnston, 65, of Mays Landing was arrested May 23 by Officer Christopher Rizzo and charged with simple assault and harassment. Johnston was arrested again May 24 by Officer Francis Smyth and charged with driving while under the influence.

Jonathan Brascetta, 21, of Turnersville was arrested May 23 by Officer Peter Burns and charged with possession of marijuana less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Selina Hang, 40, of Atlantic City was arrested May 23 by Officer Ronald Gorneau and charged with shoplifting.

Victor Roberts, 34, of Ocean City was arrested May 23 by Officer Craig Clayton and charged with driving while under the influence.

Ian Foster, 23, of Absecon was arrested May 24 by Officer Gary Clune and charged with shoplifting.

Shawn Pettit, 42, of Mays Landing was arrested May 24 by Officer Ronald Gorneau and charged with criminal mischief with damage, disorderly conduct, and obstructing the administration of the law.

James Davis, 42, of Mays Landing was arrested May 25 by Officer Francis Smyth and charged with two counts of hindering apprehension and two counts of contempt of court.

John Petrillo, 56, of Mays Landing was arrested May 25 by Officer Christine Armitage and charged with two counts of simple assault.

Kenith Jones, 28, of Mays Landing was arrested May 25 by Officer Ronald Gorneau and charged with criminal mischief, possession of marijuana less than 50 grams, and disorderly conduct.

Beverly Delello, 58, of Mays Landing was arrested May 25 by Officer William McElrea and charged with terroristic threats.

Frank Gulli, 30, of Mays Landing was arrested May 26 by Officer Nicholas Dare and charged with possession of marijuana less than 50 grams.

Mikal Scott, 18, of Mays Landing was arrested May 26 by Officer Donald Bucci and charged with criminal trespassing.

Renalder Gardner, 30, of Mays Landing was arrested May 26 by Sgt. Patrick Muller and charged with hindering apprehension of self.

Wayne Davis, 22, of Atlantic City was arrested May 26 by Officer William McElrea and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card.

Crystal Schriver, 35, of Sewell, Gloucester County was arrested May 27 by Officer Gregory Blose and charged with eluding.

Diana Santos-Gonzalez, 20, of Atlantic City was arrested May 27 by Officer William McElrea and charged with shoplifting.

Garrett Wilkerson, 49, of Mays Landing was arrested May 27 by Officer Kristi Kinsey and charged with possession of a heroin and contempt of court.



Sheriff’s Report

Scott C. Mattle, 36, of Mays Landing was arrested Oct. 28 by Sheriff’s Officer Joseph Thibault for nonsupport.

Mathew Ross, 38, of Mays Landing was arrested Oct. 28 by Sgt. Deonesios Komis and Sheriff’s Officer Christopher Hoffman on municipal warrants issued by Egg Harbor City, Mays Landing and Waretown.
