Magician Michael Turco returns to Bally’s Palace Theater

Nov, 17-2009 11:07 am

Magician Michael Turco returns with his acclaimed high-energy magic and illusion act, “Wonder,” Nov. 28 – Jan. 2 at Bally’s casino in Atlantic City.

Turco creates a spectacular stage show featuring mind-blowing illusions, close-up magic that will amaze, and audience participation. A natural storyteller, Turco infuses each trick with an engrossing narrative to keep audiences enthralled with suspense and intrigue.

Turco’s "Wonder" takes the audience on a magical journey through a magician’s world of mystery, illusion and impossibility, and a young boy’s passion for magic that developed into a lifelong dream.

A New Jersey native who spent his summers in Brigantine, Turco has been performing magic since he was 5 years old, and his extensive background shines through in his exhilarating shows. Segments of the show act as an homage to the many illusionist influences that Turco watched as a child – in addition to some sleight-of-hand tricks he has been honing since his youth.

The combination of the older techniques with Turco’s modern twists gives this rising star an unparalleled flair.  The Press describes Turco as "a natural-born talent. He creates exhilarating shows for an audience of all ages."

"Wonder" is the perfect blend of high-energy magic with Turco's intense enthusiasm, contemporary music and remarkable choreography.

“Wonder” will play 3 and 7 p.m. Sunday and Wednesday and 7 p.m. Saturday, Monday and Tuesday Nov. 28 – Jan. 2 in the Palace Theater at Bally’s casino in Atlantic City.

Tickets are $25 and $30 and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.  For information, log on to www.harrahs.com or www.turcomagic.com.
