Somers Point Police Blotter – Edition of Nov. 18, 2009

Police Blotter information is supplied by local police departments and other law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

Wayne Linwood Freas, 56, of Blue Bell, Pa. was arrested Nov. 9 by Ptl. John Conover and charged with driving while intoxicated and multiple traffic violations.

Dalvin David Blair, 18, of Somers Point was arrested Nov. 12 by Ptl. Charles Haskins and charged with shoplifting from Kmart.

Michael Denisi, 37, of Ocean City was arrested Nov. 15 by Ptl. Michael Price and charged with disorderly conduct.

Charles Vincent McHugh Jr., 62, of Horsham, Pa. was arrested Nov. 14 by Ptl. Michael Price and charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Jesse B. Talis, 30, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Nov. 16 by Ptl. Brian Ott and charged with driving while intoxicated.

There were four warrant arrests.

Sheriff’s Report

Laquan Rollins, 21, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 16 in Somers Point by Sheriff’s Officers Daniel Stalhuth and Christopher Hoffman on a charge of nonsupport.

Frank Robertson, 48, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 16 in Somers Point by Sheriff’s Officers David Burr and Joseph Temme on a charge of nonsupport.
