Christmas Food Drive slated for Dec. 5

RIO GRANDE - The letter carrier's rural and city along with many other postal employees and volunteers from the following Post Offices throughout Cape May County - Cape May, Cape May Court House, Villas, Rio Grande, Wildwood, Stone Harbor, Avalon, Sea Isle City and Ocean City will be collecting non-perishable foods to help fill up the local food banks. The food banks are desperately low, especially this time of year. There are so many more in need of help this year and here's what you can do to help. Just leave any non-perishable foods by your mailbox and your mail carrier will pick it up. Or you can drop off any food at your local post office. All the food collected stays in our local food banks.
