Absecon Police Blotter, Edition of Nov. 27, 2009

Police Blotter news is supplied by the Absecon Police Department and other law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The Absecon Police Department responded to 334 calls for service from Nov. 15 through Nov. 21. Calls included four animal complaints, eight alarms, one criminal mischief, two disorderly conduct, four domestic, two juvenile, three thefts, nine medical assists, three missing persons, 11 motor vehicle accidents, 66 motor vehicle stops, three noise complaints, 110 property checks, 18 suspicious persons and one trespasser.

Police made five warrant arrests and one contempt arrest.



Sheriff’s Report

Steven Condit, 32, of Absecon was arrested Nov. 13 by Sheriff’s Officer Gregory Engstler for nonsupport.

Rafael D. Batista, 33, of Absecon, was arrested Nov. 18 by Sheriff’s Officers Thomas Wild and Mark Naughton for nonsupport.
