We at the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority are gratified to see that visitors have noticed our efforts to create a cleaner, brighter, more attractive atmosphere to the Atlantic City Boardwalk, beach and Tourism District.

Our management team would like to publicly thank our Special Improvement Division staff for their hard work and long hours during a challenging summer. From extreme heat to beach concert and special event cleanups, our cleaning, landscaping and ambassador crews handled everything we asked with dedication and expertise.

They made us proud to see visitors enjoying a pristine beach and boardwalk within just hours of the ending of each major event – as noted in a recent letter to the editor. They worked through the heat to make sure comfort stations were clean and landscaping was in top shape to enhance the attractiveness of the Tourism District. The ambassadors ensured people knew how to reach their destinations, and filed hundreds of work orders to keep the Tourism District safe and in good repair. In addition, our efforts to bring brighter, safer lighting to the Tourism District and provide attractive facades for boardwalk businesses have been noted by new and returning visitors.

We are also proud of our visitor information counselors, who have assisted more than 76,000 visitors this year through September, and of our support staff who make all of the CRDA's projects possible
