Lions pancake breakfast

Absecon Blue Devils Powder Puff game

The annual Absecon Blue Devils Powder Puff football game will be held at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26. The game features the cheerleads and football players swapping roles with a large bonfire. The snack stand will be open. 

Holy Spirit High School open house

Holy Spirit High School will host an open house at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27 at the school, 500 S. New Road, Absecon. Attales Fun Night

Attales Fun Night will be held 7-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28 at Emma C. Attales Middle School, 800 Ireland Ave. A $3 admission fee gets a child into a dance in the cafeteria, a movie in the media center and basketball and volleyball in the Marsh gym. Trunk or Treat

Absecon Public Schools will host a Trunk or Treat 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28 in the H. Aston Marsh School parking lot. Tickets are $2 per child if purchased by Oct. 25 and $3 at the door. Make checks payable to the Absecon PTO. Parents can register and decorate their car and hand out 300 treats or 300 pieces of candy. Register by Oct. 17 and receive three free tickets. Ladies League Halloween party

The Absecon Ladies League will hold a Halloween party 8-12 midnight Saturday, Oct. 29 at the Black Cat on the White Horse Pike in Absecon. The cost is $20 and includes food, live music and happy hour prices on drinks. There is a costume contest with prizes for the first, second and third place. Money raised will go to Absecon Ladies League to help families in our community during trying times.

Blue Devils beef and beer

The Absecon Blue Devils will host a beef and beer 1-6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30 at McGettigans 19th Hole on Route 9 in Smithville. There will be a hot and cold buffett, raffle prizes, and reduced drink prices to watch NFL games with.

Presbyterian Church trunk or treat

Absecon Methodist Women’s Retreat
