The 12th annual Lines on the Pines event celebrating the New Jersey Pine Barrens will be held 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, March 12 at Renault Winery, 72 N. Bremen Ave., Egg Harbor City.
The event will feature book-signings, history exhibits, an arts and craft show, and everything New Jersey Pine Barrens, according to the nonprofit corporation It’s a Sign of the Pines, which puts on the event.
The crafts will include handcrafted soap, baskets, photographs, jewelry, metal works, crafted beer, barrel furniture, decoys, paintings, candles, Pine Barrens Diamonds, sculptures, CDs and more related to the Pine Barrens.
Kids will have the opportunity to meet Gloria Repp, author of the Friendship Bog Series and Pine Barrens coloring books, and Shirley O’Neil, author of "Leapy." They can also make baskets with Stephen Carty of Pinelands Folk Music and Basketry, and have their face painted by Heather Hires.
