A new inter-denominational Christian Men's Group is now forming. It is the intention of this ministry to develop the inner spiritual life of each man, to provide Christian fellowship and prayerful support, to become Christ-like in our relationship with others, and with the culture and politics of the world in which we live. FREE LIBRARY HOME DELIVERY — The Cape May County Library now offers free delivery of library material to Cape May County residents of any age who are physically unable to visit the library, including the elderly, the disabled and those who are temporarily incapacitated by illness or accident and are unable to get to the library on their own. Home Delivery visits are made once a month on Tuesdays, depending on staff availability. A schedule will be discussed with you during your first visit. This service is free; you will not be charged any fines, although you will be responsible for lost or damaged items. Books in Large Print or regular size print, and Audio Books are available. FIRST CALL FO HELP — United Way of Cape May County’s First Call For Help Human Service Directory is now available to human services agencies, churches, school groups and civic organizations throughout Cape May County. Published every other year by United Way of Cape May County, the directory contains a comprehensive listing of all organizations that provide assistance to area residents as well as volunteer opportunities. The one-stop guide for human services lists organizations physically located in Cape May County and those outside the county whose services are important to Cape May County residents. VOLUNTEER ADVOCATES ARE NEEDED — The Coalition Against Rape and Abuse is seeking women, men and bilingual persons interested in becoming a crucial part of a highly specialized team to provide support to those in crisis. Those interested persons are required to take part in a 40-hour, state-mandated training to prepare for their role as a volunteer advocate. In order to be eligible for the training, a volunteer must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and be available one evening each week and one weekend each month.
