Sutton to lecture on butterflies, dragonflies

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – The Cape May County Library invites the public to attend the lecture “Butterflies & Dragonflies of Autumn” Tuesday, Sept. 4.

Pat Sutton will present the program starting at 9 a.m. at the library at 30 Mechanic St. in Cape May Court House.

Sutton will showcase the butterflies and dragonflies of fall with an indoor primer covering natural history and identification, followed by an outdoor walk to a nearby natural area, weather permitting. 

Cape May County is home to 107 kinds of butterflies and 111 dragonflies and damselflies, according to a press release.
