WILDWOOD - Morey’s Piers will bring back Terror on the Boardwalk for nine nights in October, again transforming Mariner’s Landing Pier into a Halloween haunt.
There will be dark incarnations of the Sea Serpent, Tea Cups, Moby Dick, Rollie’s Coaster and the Musik Express, along with an amped-up Ghost Ship experience that has been designed to terrify.
The Cornstalkers and CarnEvil attractions will return bigger and better, according to advance press from the Morey organization, and they will be joined by two new Halloween-only attractions: The Other Side, which will give participants an experience of the paranormal kind, and Terror Trench, where they will explore a lost colony of unfriendly mole people.
Pier vendors will be offering snacks and drinks crafted specifically for Morey’s Fears. There will be pumpkin funnel cake, pumpkin soup and other Halloween snacks, along with specialty drinks.
Jumbo’s will be serving fall favorites as well as seasonal craft beers and drinks on a heated outdoor patio.
Terror on the Boardwalk will be offered 7-11 p.m. every Friday and Saturday in October and one Sunday only, Oct. 7.
Admission is $30. Season pass members receive $10 off admission with presentation of a valid 2012 season pass.
Terror on the Boardwalk is not recommended for the faint of heart or children under the age of 8. Guests are not permitted to wear masks, costumes or costume makeup to the attraction.
