MIDDLE TOWNSHIP - The Performing Arts Center will hold a free birthday party for the public on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 16, to celebrate the center’s 20th anniversary.
The festivities will begin at 2 p.m. with the cutting of a birthday cake followed by a free holiday concert at 3 by the John Walters Community Band led by Richard Ludwig, former director of PAC.
“PAC is holding this event in appreciation of the fan support it has received throughout the years,” said Kay Aspell, the current director. “We are heading for another record setting season and we thank those who have made it possible. This will be an opportunity for me and other PAC staff members to meet with our audience faithfuls at a time when we are not busy staffing the box office or preparing for the opening night curtain.”
The Performing Arts Center is at 212 Bayberry Drive, Cape May Court House, about a mile east of Exit 10 of the Garden State Parkway. There is free parking.
