Executive chef named at The Reeds at Shelter Haven

STONE HARBOR – The Reeds at Shelter Haven, preparing for its grand opening this summer in Stone Harbor, has named David O. Utley as their executive chef.
Utley will oversee all culinary operations for the many dining and catering options at The Reeds at Shelter Haven. He will develop the menus for each of these venues, craft the recipes for each menu item, and procure all product needed for those recipes.
