Gentilini Chevrolet is supporting Cape May County Little League through the Chevy Youth Baseball Program, with money and equipment donations during the 2014 youth baseball season.

Gentilini Chevrolet is sponsoring Cape May County Little League as a part of Chevrolet’s nationwide commitment to support youth sports, according to business owners.

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE — The Middle Township Chamber of Commerce plans to honor Lou Altobelli of Rio Auto Body 2014 Business Person of the Year on April 4 at the Stone Harbor Country Club –Links Restaurant.

Doors open at 6 p.m., with dinner to start at 7, and the evening will also include the installation of officers and the presentation of other awards.

Sturdy supports “Dentistry from the Heart”   Sturdy supports “Dentistry from the Heart”  Sturdy Savings Bank is a sponsor of Dr. Eric Thomas’ “Dentistry from the Heart” event on Friday, Feb. 7. During “Dentistry from the Heart,” Thomas and his Sunshine Dentistry staff will provide free dental care for approximately 100 patients in need. Marketing grant to help business group

 AVALON —The 7 Mile Business Community Association has secured a marketing grant from the New Jersey Department of Travel and Tourism for the 2014 tourism season.

This represents the sixth consecutive year that the association has received money to promote the 7 Mile Beach community. To date, the 7MBCA has secured over $87,000 in funding from the state to assist with tourism promotion and special events; the grant for 2014 totals $19,500.
