Rosado earns Service Excellence award at Cape Regional

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Hector Rosado from the Plant Operations Department at Cape Regional Medical Center was the Service Excellence Award Recipient for January.

Three nurse directors nominated him, stating, “Hector is meticulous and thorough in his responsibilities as a painter at the medical center. He readily offers helpful suggestions for renovations in the departments where he is assigned projects. He works quietly and has a great rapport with his co-workers in plant operations. His work demonstrates a commitment to always provide the highest quality service. Hector is competent, committed, reliable, careful, and pleasant to everyone he encounters. He goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers. He is a team player that rallies his team members to also excel in customer satisfaction.”

“Hector really enjoys his work,” said Bob Crane, director of plant operations. “This attitude reflects in every project he completes. He receives compliments from everyone.”

“I really don’t know what to say, except that I’m completely surprised and very appreciative,” stated Rosado. “I take a lot of pride in my work and enjoy my profession.”

Hector has worked at Cape Regional Medical Center since 2009.

He and his wife Florence live in Dorchester and have five children and five grandchildren.
