Polar Bear Plunge planned for Crest Haven

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – The Crest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center will host its seventh annual Polar Bear Plunge for residents Monday, Feb. 4.

The event starts at 9:30 a.m. in the recreation room. 

Residents, staff, family members and community volunteers will participate in the event, coordinated by the recreation department at Crest Haven.  

Participants will be encouraged to put their feet in a large kiddy-pool. 

Other activities include Zumba fitness, a pie eating contest and a music show by “Danny.”
