CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Kids 4 to 13 years old can take part in making a recycling craft over Fridays in February and March. 

Craft sessions will be held Feb. 22, March 1, 8 and 15 from 3-4:30 p.m.  in the Millman Room of the Lower Cape Branch at 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas.

Children are invited to help the Cape May County Library’s Green Team create an entry for the Cape May County MUA’s Creative Recycling Contest.  Contest winners will be announced at the Cape May County Park and Zoo on April 20 during the Earth Day Fair.

Other events are planned at the Cape May Court House library.

The library invites the public to attend the class, “Introduction to Windows 8” at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25.

On Tuesday, Feb. 26, children and their families are welcome to participate in a celebration in honor of Dr. Seuss Day.

“Join the fun with Seuss-themed activities and crafts all day long in the Children’s Room. Stop by anytime and stay as long as you like!” reads a statement about the event.

 The library will offer the technology course, “Gmail 101” at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, at the Technology Learning Center

“Gmail is one of many free email services. Come learn all that you can do, from online data storage, document creation tools and more. If you do not have a Gmail account, we will help you create one in the class,” reads an announcement.

Enrollment is limited to eight students; therefore, registration and a valid library card are required to attend.
