Some students at Cape May County Special Services School District collected around 200 pounds of aluminum can tabs during the school year. The class took the soda tabs to the Ronald McDonald House in Camden, which provides a place to stay for families with sick children. The money raised from the tabs is used to help pay for the Ronald McDonald House utilities. Last year surrounding schools, including Cape May County Special Services School District, helped raise $10,000.
