Firefighters reach out to Ship Bottom

Goshen Volunteer Fire Co. members helped the Ship Bottom fire company at Ship Bottom, Ocean County, Nov. 1-4, in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. The Middle Township firefighters battled structure fires and did other tasks, according to fire company member Autumn Shaw. Members Dawn Shaw, Joe Stackhouse and Chief Frank Svitak also brought a pallet of water as a donation for the Ship Bottom members who lost everything during the storm.
