CPR-AED training held in Avalon

AVALON – Five members of the Stephen C. Ludlam Post 331 of the American Legion received CPR-AED training in Avalon Sept. 19.
The three-hour course included adult, child, and infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation and choking responses and the use of the automatic external defibrillator.
Participating legion members were Harry Clayton, Bill Dotter and Vicki Lachman of Avalon and Ben Eastwood and Art Faint of Stone Harbor.
The legion recently received a donation of an AED from Chuck Pescatore, president of DBA–BVI, LTD.
