Rowe receives culinary arts certificate

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Justin Rowe of Rio Grande received a certificate from the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College Nov. 14.

He received a certificate during an awards ceremony in Careme’s, the student-run gourmet restaurant at the Academy.

The noncredit culinary arts training program was for five months, and Chef Jon Davies of Cape May, an adjunct instructor, taught the course.

The next course begins Monday, Jan. 7, at Atlantic Cape’s Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, in Cape May Court House. Restaurateurs can sponsor a employee with a scholarship for the program.
