Cellar 32 benefit raises $4,500 for True Spirit Coalition

On Monday, Nov. 19, hosts Lou and Fran, owners of The Cellar 32, along with Ken Schaffer from WIBG radio and Kristen Foy from Barefoot Wines & Bubbly, sponsored Brigantine’s first ‘Jersey Strong’ Hurricane Sandy benefit.
More than 200 people attended and donated $15 for a Jersey Strong T-shirt, bracelet, appetizers and beverages.
They donated a skid full of nonperishable items. A check for $4,500 was given to Linda Simpson for the True Spirit Coalition.
It was a great experience to see the community come together for this cause.
