Special Olympics Torch Run

Fourteen-year-old Megan Fannon, daughter of Sgt. Matthew Fannon of the Brigantine Police Department, participated in the law enforcement torch run for Special Olympics New Jersey. She swims for the Hazlet Torpedoes and competed in three races in the Special Olympics this past weekend.
