Soft contact lenses and sports
The soft contact lens is large and covers more of the eye and is almost impossible to knock out of the eye. It is also hard for foreign bodies to get under the lens. It protects the eye from injury to the cornea.
The very safest method for protecting your eyes from injury would be soft lenses and a safety frame, but the frames will interfere with some athletic vision.
See your eye professional for best advice.
